Return policy

How do I return an item?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product(s).

ATTENTION :

The returned product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Opened, incomplete, damaged, or soiled items will not be accepted for return.

A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed.

Return for refund or exchange

1. Write to us at: contact.yatamani@lacophena.fr . Include the reason for the return and your order number, confirming your contact information. If your return is approved by our team, you will receive a return label and we will handle the shipping.
   

2. Prepare your product for return: pack it as well as possible to protect it during transport, ideally in the original packaging.
   

3. Drop off your parcel at the nearest post office.
   

Receiving a defective product or damaged package.

If you find, once you receive your package, that a product has been damaged:

1. Take photos of your defective items.

2. Contact us at contact.yatamani@lacophena.fr . We will reply as soon as possible.
