Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur any penalties.

For an order involving one or more products, this period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically take possession of the product. If several products from the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

To comply with this period, simply send us your decision to withdraw before its expiration.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

You must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous declaration, clearly expressing your wish to withdraw, by postal mail or by email to the following contact details:

Effects of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will reimburse you the sums paid for the products concerned, as well as the delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of the order.

Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless you expressly agree to the use of another means of payment. The reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.

We may defer the reimbursement until the products concerned have been recovered or until we have received proof of their shipment, the date retained being that of the first of these events.

Return of products

You must return the products concerned to us without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw.

This deadline is met if the products are shipped before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

The direct return costs remain your responsibility.

The products must be properly protected for transport and returned complete, with any accessories. Their original packaging must be kept and used as far as possible.

You may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and characteristics.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

This exception may concern cosmetic products delivered with a sealing or hygienic protection device when it has been removed, opened or damaged after delivery.

The opening of the outer packaging alone does not automatically deprive the consumer of their right of withdrawal when the product remains intact and its hygienic protection device has not been opened.

This restriction does not affect the legal guarantees applicable in case of defective, damaged or non-compliant product.
